Our consultants have over 10 years executive search experience each and as such we have excelent rates of completion. As a result of this our fees are skewed to completion so we share your risk.
We only work in areas where we can add to the executive search process with our technical understanding. Whilst this will not be at the level of a practitioner we take a keen interest in ensuring our knowlege is up to date in order to be able to assess candidates accurately.
We work with few clients but typically on a cross practice basis. This means that we have few offlimits and restrict our offlimits to the area within which we are working.
We headhunt for our clients for the long term. We find candidates that we believe will be with a client business for a duration and provide considerable benefits to the organistion they join. We actively steer away from quick fix candidates whom we suspect may leave quickly.
