Hawkins Haile was established in 2009 to provide international executive search services to the investment banking and corporate world. We are active in all financial market locations.

We have four practices; Asset Management, predominantly Alternatives; Board covering financial services and corporates, Risk Management including Credit Portfolio Management and Trading. Hawkins Haile works for clients on a retained basis at Director level and above.

 We have a strong track record of successful search within short time scales and our consultants all have over 10 years executive search experience along with a sound understanding of leadership principles and development. Hawkins Haile has a clear ethos and search process.

Fees are biased towards completion of searches.
